Conbit has held a family day at its headquarters to support teambuilding and employee engagement.
Conbit transformed its premises into a battleground as combatants dodged around obstacles and sought cover while firing foam dart blasters.
As well as Conbit employees, family and friends were also invited, working together in the hope of emerging victorious.
The day provided employees with the chance to plan using communication and strategy, getting to know colleagues better as well as embracing some healthy competition.
Bart Steerneman, Engineering Manager, who organised the event, said, “We are delighted that the afternoon was so well-attended and that it has proved a great success. We have had fantastic feedback so hope to organise similar events in the future.”
